What we look for in a partner
- Real materials. Solid cedar, kiln-dried hardwoods, marine-grade or galvanized fasteners — nothing that looks good in a photo and fails in a season.
- Freight-ready production. Ability to build and palletize for freight shipping, with consistent, documented lead times.
- Consistent capacity. Whether you're a single craftsman or a small manufacturer, we care more about reliability than volume.
- Certifications where they matter. Especially for climate control and electrical equipment — UL listing or equivalent is expected.

We keep our catalog smaller than most on purpose. Every product carries the Meadow Manor name, so we work closely with each partner rather than listing hundreds of anonymous SKUs. That means real communication, realistic timelines, and a brand that's selective about who it stands behind — which our customers notice, and which reflects well on the partners we carry.
